We are expanding our global procurement organisation, and we are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist (f/m/d). In this role, you will be responsible to execute source-to-contract processes across various categories and sites.
Your responsibilities
- Leading procurement projects/RFPs to optimise costs and ensure supply
- Negotiating commercial terms and contracts
- Compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, EMA)
- Monitoring KPIs and regular reporting
- Collaborating with stakeholders, Finance and global teams to optimise processes and ERP systems
Your profile
- At least 8 years' experience in the field of operational and strategic procurement
- Strong background in running RFPs (tenders, bid comparisons and supplier selection)
- Solid experience in contracting, including negotiations
- Experience across a wide range of Indirect categories. Experience with Direct Procurement is a plus
- Ideally, experience in pharmaceutical/vaccine production and knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Degree in business administration, engineering or similar; preferably with a procurement qualification (CIPS, CPSM)
- Proficient in the use of operational procurement tools (Medius, catalogues, e-sourcing tools); strong analytical skills
- Excellent command of English is mandatory. Other European languages are a plus
