Inside Sales / Sales Operations Assistant



Mission

You act as a commercial generalist at the heart of EPoS Technologies SA, combining inside sales, customer development, and sales operations to build and grow our business across international technical markets. You will play a key role in structuring and scaling EPoS’ commercial operations activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow sales by developing new customers through proactive inside sales activities and coordinating sales operations from the office
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers by promoting technical solutions
  • Manage front office activities and sales administration, ensuring consistent follow-up on opportunities and actions
  • Contribute to the deployment of the e-commerce platform and take ownership of its day-to-day management after launch

Profile

  • Successful experience of at least 3 years in front office and/or sales, ideally in a B2B environment, with a proven track record in sales operations and administration, and exposure to technical products and industries
  • We are looking for a proactive hands-on commercial generalist who enjoys combining sales, coordination, and operational execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-market experience is a plus, e.g. in industrial applications, magnets, electronics, high speed motors
  • Conscientious and well-organized, service-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with strong communication, collaboration, and mutual support skills
  • Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in German and/or French, and/or Italian is a significant advantage
