Operator Packaging (Ref. 2776) - Start August 2026 – minimum 12 months, renewable – French Speaking - Neuchâtel Area

 



In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for performing packaging activities within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. You will work closely with production teams to ensure that packaging processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with quality standards. This position offers a combination of operational responsibilities and continuous improvement opportunities.

 

Your main tasks

  • Perform packaging operations including blistering, bottling, cartoning, and visual inspection according to GMP procedures.
  • Ensure proper cleaning of equipment, production areas, and components after operations.
  • Conduct line clearance activities and support format changeovers.
  • Follow production plans and ensure adherence to defined timelines and targets.
  • Document all activities accurately in batch records in compliance with GMP requirements.
  • Identify and report safety issues, incidents, or deviations in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimize work organization processes

Your profile

  • Initial experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Basic understanding of GMP principles and production processes.
  • Familiarity with packaging operations is an advantage.
  • Good level of French is required.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Structured, reliable, and team-oriented working style.
  • Ability to work independently while following defined procedures and quality standards
