Making healthcare simpler together.

HealthAdvisor is a fast-growing Swiss healthcare software company providing modern practice management software for therapists, healthcare providers and medical practices.

We are a dynamic, ambitious and hands-on team building software that is used every day by thousands of healthcare professionals. Our product is business-critical for our customers, which means we care deeply about reliability, usability and pragmatic engineering.

To support our next phase of product development, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend focus to join us initially on a temporary basis until the end of 2026, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role in 2027.

Your role

In this role, you will work closely with our product and engineering team to improve and extend our web application. The initial focus will be on frontend topics, user experience, application workflows and implementation of new product features.

You should be comfortable working across the stack, but your strongest contribution in the beginning will be in frontend development.

What you will do

  • Develop and improve modern web application features
  • Work mainly on frontend topics, with selected backend tasks where needed
  • Implement clean, maintainable and scalable code
  • Collaborate closely with product, design and business stakeholders
  • Help improve user workflows, usability and performance
  • Work with existing APIs, databases and application logic
  • Contribute to technical decisions and pragmatic architecture improvements
  • Support testing, debugging and production quality

Tech stack

You should have solid experience with several of the following technologies:

  • TypeScript
  • React or comparable modern frontend frameworks
  • Material UI / MUI
  • HTML5 / CSS3
  • Node.js
  • Express.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • REST APIs
  • Git / GitHub
  • Docker

Experience with healthcare software, SaaS products or complex business

applications is a plus, but not required.

What we are looking for:

  • Min. 3 years of development experience
  • Strong frontend development skills
  • Good full-stack understanding
  • Practical TypeScript and JavaScript experience
  • Good sense for usability, clean UI implementation and maintainable code
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Pragmatic mindset: you know when to move fast and when to be precise
  • Good communication skills
  • Interest in building meaningful software for the healthcare sector
  • Fluent English; German is a strong plus
  • Domicile Switzerland

What we offer

  • A meaningful product used by real healthcare professionals every day
  • A top-dynamic, motivated and entrepreneurial team
  • A lot of responsibility and room to make an impact
  • Temporary engagement until end of 2026, with the possibility of a permanent role in 2027. If the

collaboration is successful and there is a mutual fit, we are open to converting the position into a permanent employment contract in 2027.
  • Opportunity to help shape the next generation of our platform
  • Flexible working setup with significant home office possibilities
  • Option to work from our Zurich office
  • Short decision paths and direct collaboration with the product team

Interested?

We would be happy to hear from you. Please send us your CV, GitHub profile or portfolio, and a short note about why this role interests you.
