What you will do

• Hold a consistent coaching schedule (minimum 6 classes/week), with opportunities to
  
  increase class count as you grow
• Deliver NOW classes that follow studio programming and create a cohesive experience
  
  every time
• Learn new techniques and best practices from our leadership teams
• Interact with clients and the broader fitness community, building genuine client
  
  relationships that grow your classes and strengthen the studio
• Embody the NOW brand and culture in and out of the studio
• Show up for the brand beyond the studio floor — from marketing campaigns to a
  
  consistent presence on social media
• Create a fitness space that is welcoming and inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities
• Bring it every session — our classes are music-driven, high-energy, and combine
  
  strength training with running/walking with incline on Woodway treadmills

What we need from you

• A genuine love for fitness, health, and the NOW workout — optimism and hard work are
  
  non-negotiable
• A passion for helping others become the strongest version of themselves
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• An outgoing, magnetic personality with a natural drive to build community
• A team-first mindset — positive, coachable, and open to feedback
• Reliability and professionalism, every single time
• The confidence to command a room — mic in hand, music loud, energy through the roof
• No prior group fitness experience required. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
  
  

Availability requirements

• A minimum of fifteen hours of weekday availability per week (Mon-Fri)
• Ability to coach a minimum of six classes, ~nine hours per week
• One full weekend day per week
• Availability to coach a minimum of three public holidays per year: one summer (August
  
  1st, Knabenschiessen); one winter (Christmas Day, New Year's Day); one pre/post
  
  (Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve)
