Your Role
As Relationship Manager Assistant - Poland at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the overall day-to-day business operations and provide seamless, client-centric experiences through efficient administrative, operational, and compliance-related tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with CRMs to manage overall day-to-day business
- Responding to customer enquiries by email or telephone
- Perform account openings, closings and other documentations
- Prepare client meetings and occasionally events
- Monitor client portfolios, handle client orders in the absence of CRMs, handle asset maturities and corporate actions
- Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.
Your Profile
- University degree in finance
- First relevant work experience in Private Banking
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with a proven ability to prioritize effectively and perform under pressure
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with the banking software Avaloq is an advantage
- Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or Polish is a plus
