Excom Media AG is looking for a Digital Signage Servicetechniker/in | 100% in den Kantonen Bern/ Solothurn/ Freiburg to join the team in Bern.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Independently planning, scheduling and carrying out service work on digital signage installations
• Planning and carrying out new installations
• Advising on the optimal placement of our solutions, including with regard to the necessary mounting equipment and mounting options
• Clean execution of screen installations (including cabling)
• Take ownership of core responsibilities within your area of expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Completed vocational training as an electrician, service technician or multimedia electronics technician, or equivalent professional experience
• A flair for IT
• Enjoyment of independently planning and organising customer visits
• Good spoken skills in at least one of the languages German, French or English; additional languages an advantage
• Relevant degree and professional experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
