About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role:

Salesforce is looking for a passionate and experienced Enablement Business Partner (EBP) to join our EMEA North Enablement team, based in Switzerland. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the local sales organization, designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive performance, productivity, and growth.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of sales productivity and learning & development. You will work closely with the country leadership team, joint partners (Sales Programs/Strategy/Marketing) and global enablement teams to ensure the field is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed. In addition to your local remit, you will actively contribute to EMEA North-wide enablement programs, collaborating with EBP peers and Centers of Excellence to shape and deliver initiatives that drive consistent impact across the region.

At Salesforce, AI fluency is not optional — it is a core part of how we work and deliver. As an EBP, you will be expected to model AI fluency, actively use enterprise AI tools in your day-to-day work, and help the field build the skills and habits needed to thrive in the agentic era.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Partnership:

  • Serve as the primary enablement point of contact for the Switzerland go-to-market (GTM) organization

  • Partner with sales leadership and executive stakeholders to identify performance gaps and design targeted enablement solutions

  • Translate business priorities into actionable learning strategies and programs

  • Contribute to regional and global enablement planning cycles (e.g., Q3 planning, annual roadmap)

  • Apply strong prioritisation and decision-making skills to focus resources on the highest-impact initiatives

Program Design & Delivery:

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging enablement programs including onboarding, product training, sales methodology, and skills development

  • Facilitate workshops, live training sessions, and virtual learning experiences for sales teams

  • Leverage a variety of learning modalities (e-learning, instructor-led, peer learning, coaching) to meet diverse learner needs

  • Localize global & North wide enablement content to ensure relevance for the Swiss market and culture

  • Manage multiple projects and topics simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities

  • Design and deliver AI fluency enablement programs to help sellers and leaders build confidence in using AI tools and adopt new agentic workflows

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

  • Build strong relationships with sales managers and executive stakeholders, as well as joint partners (sales programs & strategy, ES and product marketing)

  • Collaborate with EBP peers and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to share best practices and align on programs

  • Represent the needs of the Swiss field in EMEA North enablement conversations

  • Manage vendor relationships and intake processes for third-party learning providers

  • Act as a strong team player, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment across the broader EMEA North enablement team

EMEA North Enablement Contribution:

  • Actively contribute to the design and delivery of EMEA North-wide enablement programs beyond the local Swiss remit

  • Bring a regional perspective to cross-country initiatives, ensuring programs are relevant and scalable

  • Partner with fellow EBPs to co-create and co-deliver regional learning experiences

Measurement & Impact:

  • Define clear success metrics for all enablement initiatives

  • Track learner engagement, program completion, and business impact

  • Report and analyse enablement outcomes to senior and executive stakeholders, translating data insights into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Iterate on programs based on data-driven insights to continuously improve impact

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related field, with a proven track record of designing and delivering programs in a fast-paced, matrix environment

  • Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, make decisions, prioritise, and thrive in an agile environment.

  • Proven ability to influence and engage executive-level stakeholders, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Able to report and analyse program impact, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior audiences.

  • Experience with industry-led markets and industry enablement, designing programs tailored to specific verticals.

  • A collaborative team player who thrives across functions and geographies, with high emotional intelligence.

  • AI fluent: a confident, responsible daily user of enterprise AI tools who understands agentic workflows and can design enablement that helps others adopt them.

  • Fluency in English and German (French or Italian a plus)

  • Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology company

  • Prior experience in a field sales role — having walked in the shoes of the people you enable

  • Familiarity with Salesforce products and the Salesforce platform

  • Experience with LMS platforms and enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Brainshark)

Why Join Us:

  • Be part of a world-class enablement team at one of the most innovative companies on the planet

  • Work with a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture

  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth and success of our Swiss business

  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for career development

  • Hybrid working model with flexibility to work from our Zurich office and remotely

Guide pratique
