Head of Market Access (Ref. 2762)

Zurich | interim contract at least until end of 2026

In this position, you will take ownership of complex Market Access and pricing topics in Switzerland and act as a key contributor to strategically relevant submissions and access initiatives. You will work closely with senior internal stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Finance and Legal functions, as well as represent the organisation in interactions with external bodies. The role involves operating confidently in a highly dynamic and cross-functional environment.

Your main tasks

• Define and drive the Market Access and pricing strategy for the Swiss market
• Lead and coordinate dossier development, submission and approval processes
• Prepare and conduct negotiations with the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH/BAG)
• Manage complex cross-functional projects involving Commercial, Medical and Regulatory teams
• Provide strategic guidance on reimbursement, pricing and access-related topics
• Analyse and navigate highly complex questions within the Swiss healthcare system
• Act as a senior internal and external stakeholder and advisor on Market Access matters

Your profile

• Ideally more than 10 years of experience in Market Access and Pricing & Reimbursement within Switzerland
• Proven track record in dossier preparation, submission processes and authority interactions
• Solid negotiation experience with the FOPH/BAG and deep knowledge of the Swiss healthcare landscape
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations
• Demonstrated leadership experience, either in line management or project leadership roles
• High level of confidence working in cross-functional and matrix organisations
• Fluent in English and German
